Shipping Policy
At Ravelie, we aim to make delivery clear, straightforward and reliable. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges and tracking process for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Shipping destination and cost
We currently offer free standard shipping to all United Kingdom addresses. There is no minimum order value required for free standard shipping.
Any available shipping method and its cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. The delivery address entered at checkout determines whether we can accept and deliver the order.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Our daily order cut-off time is 1:00 pm UK time. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on a weekend or UK public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. During processing, we verify the order and prepare it for dispatch.
Shipping and estimated delivery time
After processing, standard shipping normally takes 6–8 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is therefore 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed, provided the order is submitted before the cut-off time on a business day.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Public holidays, peak periods, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote delivery locations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. If a material delay affects your order, we will provide an update when information is available.
Order confirmation and tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to display its first update after dispatch.
Customers can also use the Order Tracking page on our website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation after the processing period, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Multiple parcels
Some orders may be sent in separate parcels because of the items ordered or their fulfilment arrangements. Parcels belonging to the same order may therefore arrive on different days. Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each parcel.
Delivery address
Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact support@ravelie.com as soon as possible.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing or has been dispatched. Ravelie is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period:

Check the latest tracking information.

Check whether the carrier left a delivery notice or attempted delivery.

Check with other members of your household and any safe place shown by the carrier.

Contact us at support@ravelie.com with your order number if you still need help.
We will review the tracking information and contact the carrier where appropriate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact support@ravelie.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate and resolve the matter more quickly, but providing photographs does not limit your statutory rights.
